Our safety measures in keeping our customers safe.

- Quotations are carried out by the social distance of two metres apart. A time slot is given before I will attend your property. If you would like to have no contact at all, I can text or email the quotation to you once I have seen your property.

- Cleaning at your property means disposable gloves are worn and changed before each job, contact is minimal or using the social distance of two metres apart and you will be contacted the night before with a time slot. 

- Internal cleaning we will wear a face mask and wear disposable gloves. All PPE is disposed of by Bucks2Herts. Windows must be left open for ventilation, all window ledges must be clear to limit staff touching your items. Members of staff will not move your items on window ledges or move furniture to access the window. 

- Payments will need to be paid by bank transfer or by debit/credit card over the phone, you can also pay by our online portal. Payments are to be made on the day your property is cleaned.
